Print On Demand products are not held in stock at UTAR eStore and are processed similarly to pre-order items. We will begin processing your order only after it is received.

Steps to Order:

1. Place Your Order: Orders are collected weekly, with a cut-off time every Sunday at 11:59 PM. Orders placed after this time will be included in the following week’s collection.
2. Self-Pickup Orders: We will contact you to arrange pickup at our UTAR eStore once your items are ready. This typically takes 2-4 weeks from the date of your order.
3. Shipping Orders: Your order will be packed and shipped once the items are ready. Delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks from the date of your order. Shipping times may vary based on location and other factors.
