3. Free Shipping refers to e-voucher delivery only. 
4.  Voucher code will be sent to your UTAR email account by Photobook Malaysia  around 7-9 working days after payment confirmation.
5. UTAR Staff/Students will need to visit Photobook official website after receiving your e -voucher  (https://www.photobook.com.my) to choose the template and upload your photo. Any additional “items” such as adding pages, upgrade of sizes will be charged accordingly when checkout the item.
6. This deal is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VOUCHER USE

• Only 1 voucher per order can be applied, value of vouchers cannot be combined
• 1 voucher code will be issued per quantity purchased, must use entire value in 1 order. Any unused amount will not be refunded.
• Promotion cannot be use in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional codes, gift certificates, group buying vouchers and vouchers.
• Voucher code must be entered at the time of your ordering and will not be accepted after the order is completed and received.
• Offer cannot be applied to orders previously submitted.
• Promotional offers are valid for merchandise only and cannot be used to pay for, nor shall be applied to, applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges.
• Voucher code only applies to specified quantity/specified product type.
• Offers have no cash value, are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash.
• No substitution or transfer of ownership of the offer is allowed.
• We will not be liable to you for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with:

• Photobook Photobook Malaysia is not responsible for customer generated mistakes. If there is a production/product issue, we will assess the condition of the item(s), and at our sole discretion will decide to either repair or replace the product(s) that does not meet the warranty or condition. Promotional offer discounts are not eligible for credit or a refund
• Photobook Photobook Malaysia reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to discontinue promotions and discounts at any time without prior notice.
